- Internet Explorer is not supported by the eGauge meter interface. While some functions may work, Settings fields may not populate and there is risk of configuration error when using Internet Explorer for configuration.
eGauge supports and actively tests the following desktop browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Firefox
- Safari
We aim to ensure full functionality across supported browsers, though slight differences in rendering may occur. If you encounter an issue in a supported browser that doesn’t occur in others, please contact eGauge support with the affected browser version and operating system details so we can address it.
Make sure your browser is up-to-date, as outdated versions may not work with the eGauge interface. Support for specific browsers is not guaranteed.
