Overview

Follow the steps in this article to assign a meter to an eGuard group that exists within your portfiolio.

Prerequisites

In order to complete these steps you must:

• Be logged into your eGuard portfolio and have Administrator or Manager level access to the portfolio.
• Have at least one Sub-group created. For information on creating groups please see: eGuard: Group Creation

Instructions

Step 1: Locate the meter you want to reassign in your Portfolio and click on its ‘Group Assignment’ icon in the Group Column:

Step 2: On the Group Assignment Editor page, use the Group dropdown to choose the existing group to reassign the meter to: 

Step 3: When the correct group is chosen, click the Submit button. When the reassignment is complete, a green banner showing a success message will appear at the top of the page.  You may now close this tab.
